ABOUT THE 3 RIVERS/PA WEST CFC
The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2012 Federal Employees raised $1,023,814 with 3,535 donors!
This website will offer you a directory of approved charities, download useful campaign materials and overall; participate in helping make a difference in the community in which we live. Our campaign region includes: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties (PA). Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel Counties (WV). Belmont and Monroe Counties (OH).

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PCFO APPLICATION
The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign is accepting applications from Federations or Voluntary Agencies to act as the Principal Combined Fund Organization for the 2014 Combined Federal Campaign with an option for 2015. The application deadline is 4 P.M. January 8, 2014. Organizations should submit their applications to:
The OPM/CFC website contains information and details on the Combined Federal Campaign process, including CFC regulations, a history of the CFC, the 2008 list of national//international charities, and much more. Title 5, Code of Federal Regulation, Part 950.105, outline the responsibilities of the PCFO.
