WELCOME TO THE 3 RIVERS/PENNSYLVANIA WEST CFC Celebrating 50 Years of Caring! The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2011 Federal Employees raised $1,096,831 with 4,109 donors! This website will offer you a directory of approved charities, download useful campaign materials and overall; participate in helping make a difference in the community in which we live. Our campaign region includes: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties (PA). Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel Counties (WV). Belmont and Monroe Counties (OH). Federations and agencies with representatives in the local campaign area have the opportunity to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign, developed campaign material, and training. The application deadline is 4 P.M. January 23, 2012. Organizations should submit their applications to: George Buck The OPM/CFC website contains information and details on the Combined Federal Campaign process, including CFC regulations, a history of the CFC, the 2011 list of national//international charities, and much more. Title 5, Code of Federal Regulation, Part 950.105, outline the responsibilities of the PCFO.
